When a patient needs a caring hand before and after leaving the hospital or after a surgical procedure, CAS Home Health Care can provide the personal care needed to help you or your loved one feel settled and comfortable when they return home.
We Will:
- Meet patients in their hospital room
- Transport them home with stops for prescriptions or groceries
- Prepare patient’s first meal and assist with meal planning
- Help with light housekeeping and laundry
- Phone call updates to family or friends
- Identification of additional home care needs
