Our Mission
Operating as a community center for over 18 years, CAS prides itself and values its role as a means to connecting community residents to available resources throughout the Philadelphia region. We are committed to providing high-quality care, education, and services. Our goal is to reduce and/or eliminate high out-of-pocket costs to vulnerable families regarding essential needs and expenses. We specialize in assisting people so they can remain independent and worry-free.
