Through the power of the app aides can efficiently clock in and out of visits, view schedules, change availabilities, and much more! The HHA app saves paper and time on travel! CAS is dedicated to becoming and remaining paperless as well as making the lives of our consumers and aides as tranquil and pleasant as possible!
Viewing Visits
The Visits section of the app will show you upcoming visits and past visits within a specified time range. You can search for visits that happened in the past (up to 2 weeks) and calculate your pay for confirmed visits. These can be filtered based on dates, patient, visit type. HHAeXchange Tutorial
This video explains the main features of the HHA Exchange Mobile App. This includes how to download and install the app, sign up & register, clock in/out, view your schedule, change your availability, etc.
EVV Over the Phone
This video explains how to clock in/out of HHA if you CAN’T access the mobile app. This MUST be done on your consumer’s home phone.
