The Finance Dept will no longer be applying LATE flow sheets & clinical notes to the same pay period. Documents are considered late if they are received after 5 pm on Mondays. ALL late submissions will be paid 2 weeks after the originally scheduled pay date. This goes into effect the week ending July 31, 2022 (Sunday). All documents must be submitted by 5 pm, on August 1st (Monday), for the week of July 25th – July 31st. And then every Monday by 5 pm thereafter. You may download the nurse’s clinical note here.
