Our Process

Initial Phone Call

At CAS Home Health Care, our well-trained staff is prepared to learn about your specific needs and offer guidance while providing answers to your questions. As we gain a better understanding of your loved one’s needs, our intake specialist will answer any questions about our services while discussing options available for you and your loved one.

In-Home Visit with You, and Your Loved Ones
We offer our clients and their families the opportunity to get to know our company, the caregivers we employ, and the services we offer through a visit with our Administrator. Our meeting can take place in your private residence, or wherever your loved one needs assistance: skilled-care facility, hospital, or rehabilitation center. During our visit, and with the coordination of the family, we will evaluate the needs of your loved one and create a plan of care.

Caregiver Selection
We want your home care experience to be a comforting experience. One key to that success is the development of a warm and trusting relationship between your loved one and his or her caregiver or caregiver team. We carefully consider what we have learned about your loved one through conversation, visits and our care plan assessment and then carefully match your loved one with a caregiver that best matches his or her personality and needs.

Client Activity Management and Scheduling
Caregivers are required to document all activities of daily living on a weekly basis. Throughout the care process, there is a coordinated effort to manage and update your loved one’s plan of care and daily needs. This allows the client flexibility to recognize issues and adjust the care plan as required.

Exceptional Care
We provide on-going training and education for our caregivers, so they are the most knowledgeable in all areas of home care. If the needs of your loved ones change and extend outside the scope of our care, we will coordinate resources to assist with those conditions while helping you achieve your goals.
